Agreement

By downloading or using CodeMate, you agree to these Terms of Service and the license terms described below. If you do not agree, do not download or use CodeMate.

Apple Standard EULA

CodeMate is licensed under Apple's Apple Standard EULA. The Apple Standard EULA is incorporated into these Terms by reference and governs your license to use the app.

CodeMate Services

Some features may use CodeMate-operated services, including account authentication, settings synchronization, subscription entitlement checks, notifications, and support. You must use these services lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the app, its services, or other users' data.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or edit with CodeMate. You are responsible for that content and for ensuring that your use of it complies with applicable law and does not infringe the rights of others.

Changes and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to maintain, secure, or improve CodeMate. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of CodeMate after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use CodeMate.
